9.Water is flowing through a pipe at a pressure of 40 lbs per sq. inch

         at a velocity of 4 ft per second. The area of the pipe is 1 sq. foot.

         The pipe necks down quickly to .5 sq ft.  And the velocity of the

         water rises to 8 ft per second. What is the pressure in the smaller

 

         diameter section of the pipe.
